The sun, or sol, is well known to us as our energy source here on earth, the star at the centre of our solar system. This hot sphere of glowing gases brings light, warmth, growth and clarity to all of us here on earth - providing us with the climate and weather we need to survive here on this planet.

Symbolically it is said that the sun esoterically represents the mind and intellect, as well in astrology being a symbol of the self and of how it influences how we are witnessed in the world.

Work with this symbol to remind you that your light is your soul (sol) and that we are to remember to be the biggest, brightest and fullest versions of this when we wish to be fully seen and understood by ourselves and others.
