THE RITUAL:

Find a place out in nature, preferably on the ground/grass or under a beautiful tree. Begin taking some deep breathes, focus on connecting to your body, the earth, where your body meets the earth, and the sounds and sensations of your natural surroundings.

Ask yourself - what is it that you need to see right now? What is being illuminated? What needs to be acknowledged, accepted and then released?

Say these questions out loud to the closest plant/tree. Visualise the words travelling through its leaves and down through the roots into the earth below. Feel these words transmuting deep within the earth and sit in stillness to await the wisdom which wants to come back to you in response.

What does she say back? What is the message for you this full moon? What is ready to be revealed to you?

Take your time here, listening to anything and everything that's coming up for you. Allow it to fully integrate. When you’re ready you may like to stand up and shake off any stagnation or density you sense in your body, before moving forward with your day.
