AIRESS FULL MOON RITUAL:
(Set 10 minute me time)
Find a quiet, open-aired place with plenty of fresh air access.
You can lay down or sit up; connecting to the environment,
dropping into your body and connecting to your breath.
Feeling the air on your skin, noticing the temperature, any aromas etc
Take a nice deep in breath - Imagining you are inviting in light into your body - breathing in the full illumination of the moon into your cells
Hold this 'light' in for a few seconds, and then release it back out into the space around you - now being apart of your auric field.
Visualise yourself cleansing out your bodies with pure light through some deep, intentional in and out breath cycles.
In quiet contemplation - ask yourself - what is it that you need to see right now? What is being illuminated?
What needs to be acknowledged, accepted and then released?
Repeat the light breathing exercise for as little or as long as you desire.
You might want to also change things up with involving some aromatic scents like essential oils to inhale and imagine as light moving through your body, too.
Air element is about strengthening the mind, clearing the lungs and breath work.
Simply making more intentional breathing over the next couple of days will be a beautiful ritual to honour this cycle.
Take as much time as you desire before moving forward into your day
